Tasma is a highly motivated, trustworthy, and reliable real estate agent who has honed her skills and knowledge of the property industry over decades.
Having lived in the Yarra Valley for more than ten years, Tasma decided to relocate her agency to Healesville, to serve her local community.
Tasma has been involved with property projects and construction her entire life and is the daughter of a successful master builder. She had a long and highly successful career as a conveyancing paralegal including with Allens lawyers. Tasma acted on behalf of developers delivering large scale projects throughout Queensland and Sydney, together with clients buying and selling prestigious real estate in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Tasma was solely responsible for the handling of all conveyancing matters from pre-exchange, including contract preparation and negotiation, through to settlement.
Since 2007, Tasma has worked with her husband, Nick Murdoch, to establish Murdoch Projects and was involved in the ongoing operation and negotiation of property transactions before becoming a licensed real estate agent. In 2016, it was a natural extension for Tasma to establish her own company, Murdoch Realty.
In her most recent apartment project in Sydney, Tasma was the exclusive agent and achieved $51 million in sales, selling the project out by completion.
Tasma’s unique background sets her apart from other agents. Her understanding of the whole process of property sales and apartment development enables her to mitigate risks for vendors, developers and her agency. For buyers, this translates into a smoother transaction with an agent they inevitably trust.
Tasma is driving the real estate operation with the integration of her daughters into the family business, to set new benchmarks in real estate.
