OUR AGENCY

Murdoch Realty was established in 2016 by Tasma Murdoch and is a family owned and operated business.  Murdoch Realty was originally based in Sydney and exclusively marketed and sold all residential projects developed by Murdoch Projects, together with select third party clients.

Although extremely successful in Sydney, Tasma wanted to bring her real estate business to the beautiful Yarra Valley, where she and her family have called home for the last 10 years.

The key attributes that have made Murdoch Realty successful in property sales include honesty, trust and exceptional personal service.  These principles are applied to all facets of the business.  Based in Healesville, Murdoch Realty will bring a new level of client experience to the marketing and sale of properties in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs and the Yarra Valley.

What We Do

Established houses, apartments and land

The marketing and sale of houses, apartments and land for individual clients form the mainstay of our business.  We are extremely cognisant of the importance of this role for our clients and are honoured to work with them and deliver on their service expectations.

Project marketing and sales

We exclusively undertake the marketing and sale of projects by Murdoch Projects.  We also undertake the marketing and sale of projects for select third party clients where we have confidence that the level of finish and build quality is consistent with our brand and the expectation of our buyers.
